This is what we specialize in! We are a company that prides itself on not only helping our clients to make huge changes in their lives, physically and mentally, but we do so at the utmost convenience to you!
All workouts are designed for you to do in the comfort of your own home. Have a gym in your building? Great! Becca will come to you - enabling you to fit your workout into your busy schedule - all while making it FUN and challenging!!
We recommend 1-3 sessions a week to achieve your optimal results, FAST!
What you will need:
- For more advanced workouts at home, we suggest 5lb-8lb dumbbells.
- A Yoga mat.
- Resistance cords. (Becca will have these on hand, if needed!)
- Workouts can also be held outdoors - especially now that is is warm!
